The Amherst Town Band is pleased to announce a collaboration concert with the Windham Community Band celebrating the haunted happenings of this time of year. On Sunday, October 29th, the two bands will play a Halloween-themed selection of music including but not limited to: Ride of the Valkyries – Richard Wagner, arr. Mark Williams, March of the Trolls – Edvard Grieg, arr. Brian Beck, Spirit of the Dauntless – Adrian B. Sims, and other spooky tunes. The event will start at 3PM and will take place at Souhegan High School located at 412 Boston Post Road, Amherst, NH. Feel free to wear your Halloween costumes to join in on the fun for an afternoon of music, baked goods, and a scary good time! This event is free to the public.
